Hey there! Sorry I’ve been absent for some time here on my blog, no mood, luck of ideas and time. Anyway, I am here now and hopefully will be more productive these days.
Here is the thing which I would like to discuss. It is about how to get the perfect summer body. I know it is winter in many countries and looks like summer is still too far. Girls, hell no! We’ve got maximum 3 and half months to prepare ourselves to a hot season. Me personally not feeling so good in my current weight. I would like to cut off just few kgs from my body. I don’t body shame anybody either myself. Perfect body doesn’t mean extra skinny, it means the body you feel really healthy and comfortable in. So, my body needs some few exercises, those can be done home or in the gym. Just make sure you have a pair shapewear leggings to be free in your moves and steps. The most important is to be consistent and don’t stop.
Also, there are some helpful items which can help to adjust my body faster and easier. For example, latex waist trainer helps to get in shape the stomach very well. It makes you sweat more and loose fat more effective while doing cardio, gymnastics, dancing, lifting weights or just walking. If to wear it 3-4 hours (maximum 9 hours) per day it can prevent you from eating more.
Apart from reminding you to work out to get in your best shape, I want to share some tricks which can be useful before we achieve our summer body. I don’t really have too much fat on my stomach or really noticeable problems with my figure but I prefer to use the best tummy control shorts when I want to wear a tight dress or skinny jeans to exclude any kind of not smoothed figure line.
